National Poetry Writing Month - Love is Worth the Cost
Love will break your heart and that's for sureIt causes pain for which there isn't a cure
Yet it makes us soar in the sky like a bird in flight
Do those silly things that we know aren't quite right
It's like pleasure and pain have to go hand in hand
I say it's all worth it I'll take all the love that I can
