Thanks for being a friend
I know, sometimes I can be a little hard to handle. And then I eat too much cheesecake and ice cream, which certainly doesn't make your job any easier. But you must understand that I hold you in the highest esteem, quite literally, because of all the times you have held ME. It's not an easy task, putting up with such weighty and uncomfortable matters in such a delicate way - and yet you do it for me, every day. And what have I ever done to deserve this kindness? Nothing comes to mind, although if you think of anything, do let me know. What I'm trying to stress is, you are my support. You are always there for me - strong, sturdy, and rock-hard. Which reminds me, I was going to buy you a cushion, but if I keep up with the cheesecake, that might not be necessary. Thanks for being my chair, but even more, thanks for being my friend.
