Mud Season?

Normally we have the following seasons: winter, more winter, ice winter, mud season, blink-and-you-miss-it beach season, beautiful foliage season, return of winter, revenge of winter, and winter strikes back.

This year, we've only got two seasons. Mud season, and mud-slinging season.

But what do you expect? It's an election year.
